Frequently Asked Questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with an onboarding call. I will go over the questions I ask each client to get an understanding of where they are at and where they are wanting to go. Then, I build out their meal plans, training plans, and from there we set up the weekly calls. Each weekly call goes over how they are performing and if they need help with anything fitness or mindset related.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I ran my lawn care business in High-School I realized that I could help people with fitness and mindset. It's something I've always been passionate about, but I really changed everything in High-School. I was 30 pounds overweight in my Junior year, something had to change. Over the course of the last 2 years I did change. I not only lost the 30 pounds in 4 months but I constantly grow in my fitness and mindset every single day. I realized that I could help more people through this via online coaching. In January 2025 I started trying to reach people on social media, after 6 months of on and off work I decided to go all in on this business and I decided to help people loose the weight, it's something I know and have proven to help others with as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with mainly guys wanting to gain strength and lose fat. I have worked with women, my client age range is typically 18-30. However, I have worked with clients who are in their 50's and I take on anyone who is willing to stay accountable and grow in their life.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client gets the same price, I think it is most fair to have reasonable prices for everyone that way I keep things fair for not only me but also the client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I'd say make sure they have ability to help you, the proof they can help you, and that their offer is aligned to what you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do I really want to change? Am I ready to become my higher self? Is this coach someone I want to work with me? Why do I want to make the change?
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped my best friend lose 15 pounds. It took around 3 months. Sam, one of my closest friends has always been in the gym. He always has had this mindset that I loved to see and take up for my life. He came to me wanting to lose weight and see his abs for the first time. Although he is a beast in the gym he struggled with tracking calories. Over those three months I can proudly say he lost bodyfat, maintained strength, and is on course to see his abs. It’s all because we showed up for each other each day. Even if he messed up with calories or wasn’t on point we adjusted course and continued to make progress.
